Wine By Transit is published by CWH3 Holdings LLC. This policy covers the Wine By Transit applications and the website at winebytransit.com. It identifies the information those services collect, the purposes for which that information is used, the third parties that receive it, and how you may limit or delete it. It is effective September 25, 2026.

We do not offer accounts, and we do not collect your name, email address, telephone number, or payment information. Your visit list is stored on your device or in your browser and is used only to display the list you create. It is not uploaded to us. If you allow location access, the iOS application uses your location while the application is open to show where you are relative to tasting rooms and transit. We do not store your location, and we do not collect it in the background. You may refuse or revoke that permission in iOS Settings. When analytics is enabled, PostHog receives the screens you open, the tasting rooms and transit lines you view, whether you add a tasting room to or remove it from your visit list, and your platform and application version. Automatic capture of taps is disabled. We use this information to operate and improve the guide. On iOS, advertising is provided by Google AdMob. If you allow app tracking, Google may use your device’s advertising identifier to deliver relevant ads. Google may also receive device information and information about the ads shown to you in order to deliver and measure those ads. You may refuse tracking when prompted and in iOS Settings. Requests to the application and the website include your IP address and device or browser type so the service can be delivered. We do not sell personal information.

We share information, for the purposes stated above, with PostHog for analytics; with Google for AdMob advertising on iOS; with OpenFreeMap for map tiles; and with Google Maps or Apple Maps when you open directions. Those map applications may use your location under their own terms. Tasting-room websites, telephone numbers, and addresses are provided by those businesses. Each third party that receives personal information must protect it to the same or equal standard described in this policy.

The visit list remains on your device until you clear it, clear the site data in your browser, or uninstall the application. We do not retain your location. You may revoke location access and app tracking in the settings of your device.

Wine By Transit is directed to adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have done so, contact us and we will delete it.

Privacy requests may be sent to info@winebytransit.com. If this policy changes, CWH3 Holdings LLC will post the revised policy on this page with a new effective date.
